As soon as your order is on the move, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow the journey. Expect your eyewear to arrive swiftly — ready to be part of your everyday moments.
Track the journey of your eyewear with ease. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package from our atelier to your doorstep.
Depending on your location, orders are shipped via your local postal service or UPS. If sent through the postal service, simply enter the tracking code on your country’s official postal website.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you wish to return your order, you can do so via the link below. We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date of delivery.
Please ensure that all items are returned in their original, unused condition — including all tags, protective materials, packaging, cases, and cloths — in perfect condition.
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll first check that all items are still in their original condition. If everything is in order, your refund will be processed within 5 business days after receipt.
