2. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, supply only part of an order, or divide up orders. Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible.
3. Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices exclude shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.
4. Orders & Payment
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept various secure payment methods displayed at checkout.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier services.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason. Items must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Our products are manufactured with care and attention to quality. In case of manufacturing defects, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. YouAreJust is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products.
9. VAT Policy (Applicable to Cross-Border Shipments)
For certain products shipped directly to customers from a third country outside the European Union, YouAreJust is not required to charge Dutch VAT on the sale. This is because the place of supply is deemed to be the country where the transport originates — i.e., outside the EU. Therefore, the sale is not subject to VAT in the Netherlands.
Import VAT, where applicable, is handled by the postal or courier service responsible for delivering the goods. This service acts as the importer of record and pays the import VAT on its own behalf. The amount may be passed on to the customer as part of the delivery process, but is not collected or administered by YouAreJust.
YouAreJust does not pay VAT on the purchase of such goods, as it is not directly involved in the import process. The place of supply for the purchase transaction lies outside the EU, and the import is not carried out by YouAreJust itself.
This VAT handling approach applies under the following conditions:
Direct shipment from a third country to the end customer in the Netherlands.
No use of special import VAT schemes by YouAreJust.
The transport is attributed to the supply between YouAreJust and the end customer.
YouAreJust is not indirectly involved in the customs or import process.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
