Warranty
At YOUAREJUST, every frame is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our quality and design standards before it leaves our atelier. Each product undergoes thorough technical and aesthetic checks to guarantee durability, comfort, and consistency.
Our warranty covers manufacturing or material defects for one (1) year from the date of delivery. For customers residing in the European Union, the statutory warranty period of two (2) years applies in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly from YOUAREJUST or through authorized retailers. Items purchased via unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms are not covered.
If a product is deemed defective within the applicable warranty period, YOUAREJUST may, at its discretion, offer one of the following solutions:
Replacement or Exchange
We may replace the product with the same model (subject to availability) or offer an exchange for another item of equal or higher value. If applicable, only the price difference will be charged.
OR
Refund
If the defect is identified within the original return period and complies with our return policy, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
An original proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, repairs, or replacements.
Please note that our warranty does not cover:
Scratches on lenses caused by normal wear
Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper handling, or negligence
Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications
General wear and tear, which is not considered a defect
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
